How to: Turn AutoFill on.
Solution:
Select 'Options...' from the 'Tools' menu and select the 'Allow Cell Drag and Drop' check box.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'Edit' tab.
3) Select the 'Allow Cell Drag and Drop' check box in the 'Settings' group.

NOTE: By default, the check box is checked. Do not clear the check box if it is already checked.
4) Click 'OK'.
